Erin Lawrence
Erin provides an inclusive, safe space to meet you where you are and to support and empower you to move forward. Erin has years of experience working in the social services field and brings her experience working with children, youth and families living with anxiety, divorce, challenges of systemic barriers, depression, , forms of neglect and abuse, among other life challenges, into her work. Erin works with children, youth and adults.
Erin works from a client-centred approach with respect for the agency and ability of individuals looking to do differently in their lives.
Erin uses an eclectic, person-centered, psychodynamic, flexible, collaborative approach to support self-reflection, healing, personal growth, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each unique clients needs. Erin uses play therapy to work with children, which has been shown to allow children to develop respect and accept selves and others, become more responsible, and develop successful strategies.
